1. Who is responsible
This Privacy Policy explains how Richard Labs LLC ("Richard Labs", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, handles personal information in connection with this website. Richard Labs LLC is the controller of that information.
2. What we collect
- Messages you send us. The contact form does not send or store anything on this website: it opens your own email application with your message ready to send. If you send it, or email us directly, we receive your name, email address, any details you include (such as your company and the service you are interested in) and the content of your message.
- Technical data. Our website host processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to deliver and secure the site.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies.
4. How we use it
We use the information you send us only to read and respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to discuss and carry out the engagement. Technical data is used only to operate and secure the website.
5. Legal basis
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process the information you send us to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering inquiries. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
6. No sale of personal information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Service providers
We share personal information only with providers that process it on our behalf to provide their services:
- Netlify, Inc. (United States), which hosts this website.
- Google LLC (United States), which provides the email service we use to receive and answer messages.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
8. International transfers
Richard Labs is a US company and its providers are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards provided by our service providers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. How long we keep it
We keep messages that do not lead to an engagement for up to 24 months after our last exchange. Records relating to client engagements are kept for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period under its own policies.
10. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to noah.kunslter@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive your information in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. We answer requests within one month and do not charge for them.
11. Security
This website is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We limit access to the information you send us to what is needed to handle your request.
12. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy, for example if we add analytics to the website. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
